Graduated with honors in 2002 at the University of Foggia, she is a member of the Foggia Bar Association and is qualified to defend in higher courts. She owns a law firm in Foggia and since 2020 collaborates with Santangelo Law Firm.

She earned a PhD in June 2006 in “Dottrine generali del diritto amministrativo e privato italiano, comunitario e comparato”, and subsequently obtained a two-year research fellowship in international law at the University of Foggia, where she was also appointed as an expert in the subjects of public and private international law, European Union law, and international trade law.

She has taught European Union law at the University of Foggia. She spent a study period abroad at the Amsterdam Center of International Law (ACIL).

She was a columnist for the italian newspaper ‘La Gazzetta del Mezzogiorno’ in the Culture and University sections. She has authored scientific publications in national journals and collective volumes.

She served as a trusted attorney for a leading insurance group in Foggia and its province, providing legal assistance and representation in court in matters of road accident claims and compensation for accidents. She has gained significant experience in judicial and extrajudicial assistance to entities, businesses, and individuals in administrative law, specifically in matters of contracts, bankruptcy proceedings, and anti-mafia injunctions, as well as in criminal law, with particular focus on crimes against Public Administration, property, honor and individual freedom, public faith, corporate crimes, and economic, fiscal, and tax offenses, as well as preventive measures.
