She earned her Master’s Degree in Law at the University of Foggia in 2011 and immediately joined the Law Firm, accumulating experience in the field of organized crime, offenses against Public Administration, individuals, property, as well as offenses related to medical and surgical practices and workplace safety. Additionally, she handled proceedings related to personal and asset prevention measures.

From 2018 to 2022, she collaborated with a leading tax law firm in Milan, where she developed significant expertise in tax assessment, pre-litigation, and tax litigation, providing legal defense for taxpayers. She also offered consultancy and assistance in corporate matters and business crisis situations, including executive procedures.

Through this experience, she has acquired notable expertise in tax, corporate, bankruptcy offenses, and administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001. She is also involved in the preparation and updating of organization, management, and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, as well as the development of internal control system procedures and policies.

She has been authorized to practice law since 2014 and is a member of the Foggia Bar Association.
