Graduated with honors in Law at Bari University “Aldo Moro,” with a thesis in Criminal Law, registered in the trainee solicitor’s register at the Bar Association of Trani in 1972, has been practicing as a lawyer since 1974.

Exclusively practicing in the field of criminal law for over forty years. He quickly emerged as a valued professional, defending, not even in his thirties, in the “Corte d’Assise” in cases of national significance and subsequently confirming himself as a key figure in the legal defense of numerous members of organized crime in the northern area of Bari.

He has also handled significant judicial cases concerning criminal conspiracy aimed at tax fraud, in bankruptcy, corporate, banking, medical liability, workplace accidents, and culpable disasters.

For many years, he collaborated with the Chair of “Diritto Processuale Penale” of Bari University, held by Prof. Vincenzo Garofoli. Formerly the President of the “Camera Penale” of Trani law court for several terms, he has also served as the President of a sub-committee for the bar examination at Bari Court of Appeal.
