The Firm was founded in 1992 by Francesco Santangelo and operates primarily in the field of criminal law, providing legal counsel to individuals and corporations both in and out of court.
From the very beginning has established itself in the regional landscape standing out in the legal defense in the most important organized crime trials, representing, over the following years, a landmark in the whole country.
The high number of assignments carried out and the enormous variety of issues addressed over the years have allowed the Firm – also and above all thanks to the tireless work of valuable professionals cooperating within it – to expand its area of activity to all branches of criminal law, from the traditional one to corporate criminal law and the so-called white-collar crimes, up to and including medical-surgical liability and the liability of legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
In line with the founder's teachings, the Firm does not disclose clients' names, nor does it take part in competitions for awards or engage in any advertisements.
